Nikos Provatas began working at nightclubs in Corfu in 1998. However, the last 10 years he got more interested in Signatures Cocktails, allowing him to give love, passion and creation at his work.

From 2013 until 2015 he was working as Bar Manager at Nagual Beach Bar, from 2016 until 2017 he held the same position at Elite Luxury Moments, and since 2016 he has been Brand Ambassador for Lazaris Distillery & Artisan Sweets as well as an external partner of the Bartenders 710 School in Belgrade.

Since 2017, as a co-owner of Factory Cocktail Resto, he creates and expresses himself in his own space.
